[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. I received these tiles with minimal breakage. I was really excited to incorporate this baby blue into my retro bathroom tiling project for a nice contrast but the color is very washed out. Almost ice blue instead of baby blue. The quality seems solid, just not sure they will work with my needs, I may need to pivot and use elsewhere. Great and convenient cooktop that can be used with a gas OR propane. The knobs are easy to turn on and off. Flame is easy to control for low or high fire, depending on what you're cooking. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good.
