This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. The concealed in wall tank carrier is required for the installation of the wall hung toilet. This DeerValley in wall water tank can be used for most of the toilets, no need to worry the compatibility problems. And please note that the straight pipe and the connecting pipe is included in the package, please install the in wall water tank system correctly with the attached installation instructions for better using experience.

I created a master suite for my daughter and son-in-law, and utilized this toilet for it's modern look, and space saving. I have built new homes, and done tons of renovations for years. This was a little challenging, but worth my daughter's huge smile when finished, around the end of January 2025. The water inlet valve stopped functioning on Nov. 10th 2025. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous.
