I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. Nice toilet, one should pay attention to the water supply as mine interfered with the body of the toilet! I had to replace it with a 1/4 turn valve. Also anyone who is replacing a Toto toilet should leave the old mounting bracket in place as the screws will fit into the old plastic mounts. This way you only have to drill 2 holes for the trap..
