This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. I've called and I'm waiting for some help. I ordered the Mesa 30" x 40" walk in soaker tub with shower enclosure with light and there is no light and it doesn't fit well on the bottom portion. The bottom portion says it has an inline heater but no electrician or plumber could find one and it came with no instructions and the wrong manual so we're pretty sure the wrong one got sent so I am not sure the right tub top and bottom arrived. I'm waiting for HELP as I have contractors standing by and I've spent alot of money. Pros: if I get the right thing I think it will be great, I've purchased it for my handicapped parents and we're all kind of on hold til this thing gets right.
