Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. I would rinse the dishes, put them into the machine and run it. It was time for a new dishwasher and I was going crazy choosing one this time around. Reading reiew after review etc. Finally fed up, I decided go with this simply because ratings said it was the best out there. Well, it IS. I followed the instructions and did NOT rinse the dirty dishes. I just put the into the machine UNRINSED and put it on the "AUTO" setting and let it run. EVERYTHING is CLEAN with NO RINSING. I will not use Rinse Aid and I use only detergents pods that are rated as safe on the EWG. So, the dished and glassed DO come out with some water drops here and there on the "NORMAL" dry cycle. That's ok for me. There IS a "Sanitize" cycle that really dries them and a "Chrystal Dry" dry cycle that leaves them spotless, bug again, I don't need that and would rather save energy and the life of the machine. One star off for the pathetic wifi nonsense that must be used for certain functions like a "Rinse Only" Cycle. That said, this is the BEST Dishwasher I have ever owned.
