I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. The wiring is wonderfully simple, but pay attention to the models it works with that are listed on the box. Unfortunately, it is for a setting in which the fans are on the same pole. That being said, I sent photos and info to an industrial electrician and he was impressed with its compact size and quality. If I find a way to use it, I’ll update. These are excellent commercial grade LED bulbs which can replace traditional HID metal halide/high pressure sodium bulbs. Ballast must be bypassed, as these use just normal 120V line voltage. These burn only 10% of the power as traditional HID bulbs, yet they produce the same lumen output. Also as advertised, these feature a sliding switch which allows you to select the wattage and lumen output, a fantastic feature which allows for some customization.
