An interest in religious architecture was at the origin of the Procession Outdoor Sconce design. Influenced by a visit to Copenhagen’s Grundtvigs Kirke in the 1980s, our designer was intrigued by the use of forced perspective in a spatial progression that led to the creation of the Procession Collection. The church’s original arch was transformed to a simple rectangular portal made of aluminum. Designed for the outdoors, yet elegant enough for indoor use, as well.

The piece is very nice. It was shipped twice with broken glass, which was disappointing. However, customer service was very good / helpful, and they sent the glass separately. We had to replace one of our pier lights as it was broken during a renovation. We kept our fingers crossed that it was still in production and Wayfair had it! And wayfair had it at the best price!! The lights are expensive and the only complaint we have is that the finish wears off pretty quickly. In order to repaint, it’s a pretty intricate disassembly so we’ve been holding off.
