Love it!!! I paid $1500 to a general contractor to assemble it, took 7 hours and I paid $3500 to an electrician to run 220V to the back yard which took 6 hours. Still more than half the cost of the lowest price given at a local store here in San Diego. Great quality, gets as hot as advertised in about 15 minutes, but San Diego is never cold, so starting temp is always around 70 degrees. This was a great buy. The instructions were very helpful, use the app as well. I am mechanically and electrically savvy and this took me 9 hours start to finish including electrical work. Built it over a gravel pad that I did myself. Only needed an electrician for the final hook ups. Please note on the BILT App and in the pictures the front and back vent are shown in the wrong place. The front vent should be below the heater and the back vent should be high and above the benches. This was an easy build that I did alone with only the usual amount of rework due to my own laziness in reading instructions. The sauna itself is an amazing deal and perfect as a single person sauna. Love it. The only issue I have it’s with the wood. Yes it is very light weight wood. It serves the purpose for what I want to do with it and use it as a prep side table for when I’m BBQ’ing and I need space to place my tools and plates etc. I know it says it will hold 400lbs. The Huntington offers a well-rounded traditional sauna experience: plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the sauna heat, plus two exterior benches to cool off. Due to the canopy design, seven feet of the 8-foot-long sauna are reserved for the sauna room, while the exterior benches take up the remaining foot. The sauna space has room for up to 6 people to enjoy temperatures of 195ºF. The Harvia 8kW electric heater can start right away, or you can delay the start time up to eight hours—go about your day or go to sleep and the sauna will be hot when you are ready to get in.
