I just received this today and so far I'm pleasantly surprised, and very happy with its appearance and quality. The Vanity comes fully assembled and the quartz top has three holes in a 8 inch spread. The inner shelf is screwed into place, but can be adjusted. The front and sides of the vanity are smooth to the touch and not rough like some lesser quality vanities. Quality cupola! I installed this on a backyard shed that has a ridge vent. I cut the ridge vent as recommended in the installation instructions - a bit nerve-racking, but it turned out fine.
