Why in the world the previous owner installed white ceiling fans on a brown house is beyond me!! I hated the old fan, how dirty it was and how it didn't match the exterior of the house in any way at all. So, I stumbled upon this GREENEVER outdoor ceiling fan and knew it would be perfect! The fan was fairly easy to install (cramming the remote box into the housing without crimping wires is always the hardest part!). The ABS blades will hold up in any weather, yet don't look like plastic. The fan is totally quiet - not a sound! I love the ceiling fan. The black and white is timeless. My old one was a heavy eye sore. This one was super easy to installed, and it came with a really awesome remote. I love this set! Even dropping it a few times while putting it together, it had not damage and didn't damage anything it fell against. I even dropped some of the legs on the dining room table at several times, and they didn't scratch it. It is classy and comfortable. The colors are great (went with black frame and off-white cushions). It seems like it will hold up well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the directions to put it together. Wrong! We finally just ignored them and looked at the sketch on the booklet and went from there. I actually like that the two-seat loveseat can either be attached together or placed with a little space between them. Sometimes you have people who like to sit that close and othertimes you have a group where it would only be used as a one-person seat, otherwise, because no one wants to sit that close to another person.
