Install instructions are well laid out and easy to follow. Two different install options, one for wood with 4 screws and anchors and one for concrete center rod install. Although hardware isn’t included, the install instructions were sent ahead of arrival in email and I was able to use them to get all required items from our local hardware store. Opted for the single center rod install and they were under 5.00 each. Bought the needed concrete drill bit and the anchoring adhesive and all of these went into my husband’s Christmas stocking which made for a few laughs and puzzled looks as he’s trying to figure out what he needed it for!Once assembled, holes marked and then drilled in concrete, used our air compressor to blow out extra concrete dust in the holes. We then dry fit everything, adjusting screws as needed to ensure the bottom plate sat flush to ground. Used the anchoring adhesive in the hole and did the final set, tightened hex nuts and put the decorative shoes over the plates. It hen beautiful sturdy results once adhesive cured.. Diane. What a great handrail which I need as I have no balance and need it for going up and down the front steps to feel safe. I included a photo of it put together and will add another of it installed as soon as the weather here in NY gets warmer and the snow stops flying. The distance projection from the face of the handrail to the wall when installed is approximately 3.75 inches. High strength construction meets load requirements of 200lbs or more. The handrails are designed to have a minimum of 1.5" clearance from the wall to the back of the handrail to meet standard clearance code requirements (see images for technical dimensional drawing). Check your local zoning codes for all applicable compliance requirements. Matching stainless steel screws are included. The handrail brackets are designed to be mounted directly into wall studs. The handrail brackets are made from 1/8 inch flat stock stainless steel, 3/16 inch flat stock stainless steel plate, 1 Inch solid aluminum round bar, and ½ inch solid aluminum round bar
