It is a very nice piece of equipment, with just a few comments. First, the microwave function is very quiet, a plus. However, the internal vent fan is very loud. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated. Did a lot of research before purchasing a bidet toilet seat, and this one was the luxury pick by Wirecutter in the New York Times. So thankful I found it for a great price at Wayfair, and it's even better than I imagined it would be. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point. It’s just like the BioBidet 2000 where it pretty much has to have line of sight to the receiver whereas the 1400 you could hold it anywhere in your hand and all the buttons worked. Not so with the T44 remote. Also, the remote is very thin compared to the 1400 and the button(s) layout is weird in my opinion. Would give 5 stars if not for the line of sight issue. Gary K..
