Product is what we needed as the kitchenette required a smaller microwave. Product arrived damaged but nothing would have indicated damage looking at packaging. The damaged parts (dents on both sides) were easily concealed when installed but that was also a bit of a hassle. My husband is an electrician & has hung quite a few microwaves, yet he wasn't a fan of the install. We tested after install, it works & no issues with the unit at the moment (not being used as we aren't moved in at the moment). We did contact Wayfair about issues, they contacted Danby on my behalf & Danby contacted me the next day. I had a ge microwave already. This was basically the newest version. Be careful. The mount bracket is a little different and the top screws are in a different spot. I wanted to attach this unit under my upper cabinets as my previous GE Spacemaker microwave was, so I was delighted to learn that this one does that. As far as I know, no other company makes a microwave that hangs up off the counter under the cabinet.. Har55. Mid-missouri. Fri Apr 17 2026

So here’s the good and bad. Good: one of the largest interiors for such a small micro. Totally old school basic…. Super easy to use. NO bells and whistles .. which is what I wanted. BAD: it’s not built well… The lines do not match up and I hope it’s not just spewing with even more radiation ☢️ than normal …... Rita. FL. Sat Dec 11 2021
