This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. Figuring out for yourself if your Ozonator needs replacement is not as simple as you might expect. Some people will tell you to look for an “on” light or “check for bubbles” and, for sure, these checks may help you determine if the Ozonator is on, but it doesn’t necessarily tell you if the ozone generator is producing ozone. A spa ozone generator may keep running long after it expires (stops producing adequate ozone) so you will need to look at other factors besides just power to the Ozonator. Ask yourself: Does your water look and feel like new? With a working Ozonator and the proper chemical balance, it should. This is typical of spas that need an ozone generator replacement. Check your Ozonator. Have you replaced your spa Ozonator in the past 3 years? If not, it’s likely your Ozonator is expired. Ozone generators typically last 3 years. Now what? The smart spa cd Ozonator is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer and super easy to install.
