This allows buckets to be filled but leaves about a quarter of the water standing behind, which can be hazardous. Barrels with optimally located spigots don't allow room for filling buckets and leave hoses as the only option for drainage. I ordered 2 sizes of rain barrels and stands to match from same company. They changed shade of color somewhere along the line so not everything matched. Manufacturer told me to keep stands or donate which was nice since then I didnt have to package up and send back. Maybe they shouldve changed color name to new color so this wont happen to others.
