The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My driveway has now gone through two winters and the sealant is still somewhat effective, but I think I will need to coat it again this fall.. Bryan. Halifax, NS. Thu Mar 26 2026

This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. So far so good. Washing great, no noise no “walking” around. It was leveled to the floor with legs screwed all the way to the fame. No bouncing around as its spins. Can’t hear the washer from 10 feet away even if I want to. Large capacity big enough for family of 4. Drum is so big that bought a grabber for laundry items placed on the bottom. You can decide how much water to use to have your laundry done the way you want to not the government. Normal cycle run ~50 minutes. Easy to use with 3 knobs. Find a way to do pre-soaking of laundry with Lysol germs & Covid 19 killer with quick rinse & spin function (wish it was there “pre-soak”) Just load the laundry in, put some Lysol disinfectant directly to the drum on the top of a load & let the machine feel with water, once it’s full just press the pause button & hold on for 20 minutes. Needs 15+ minutes to disinfect. Then press the start button again & let the machine finish it (rinse & drain) After this you can select your regular wash cycle to wash these items. Basket is solid unpainted stainless steel so nothing to peel off. The agitator is dual function with softener cup on the top of it. Not advisable to use softener instead using Lysol disinfectant is better, more practical & healthier. There is separate spot for bleach in the lower left corner of the machine. That’s about it. Hope this helps. With light laundries this machine will last probably 20+ years if treated & cared for right. How to level the machine? Easy, only the front 2 legs need to be adjusted to your needs (best to screw them all the way to the frame) & the back legs will adjust & lock automatically after the machine is tilted forward 4-6” & lowered back to the floor. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try.
