I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. I purchased this same item 5 years ago for a rental cabin and am purchasing it again for me next one. I didn't want to pay a lot for it, but also wanted it to look good and last, so chose this due to the good reviews. The ovens seem to work well and so far temperatures seem accurate. My biggest issue is the racks - the slide-out racks are GREAT, but they do take up extra room. I wish there was a flat rack available. Also, you get 3 racks for 2 ovens - 2 slide-outs and 1 floor rack. That means that you really can't load up both ovens at the same time. I am planning on purchasing a second floor rack for the upper oven. I have used the proofing setting (works fine) and bake, of course, but none of the other options yet. Oven surface is easy to wipe clean. One feature I would love in the app is an indication of the current temp of the oven. It shows on the oven itself, but not on the app (when preheating).. Jkl_co.
