I am extremely disappointed with this 9.5 Cu. Ft. Large Safe. It is unbelievably heavy, and the lower compartment arrived completely locked with no keys provided, making it impossible to open. For a product meant to secure important items, this level of inconvenience and lack of quality control is unacceptable. I’ve been trying to get help from the company, but I am still waiting for a solution. Due to its weight, returning it is not even an option. This is heavy metal! See how thick the lid is? I have some other cheap gun safes but those are like tin-can to this one. It is solid heavy, 12 gauge steel I guess? Surprised for this price. Big enough for my 2 guns and clips. Programming is simple and straight-forward, easy to use. Fingerprint works well, the spring lid pops up pretty quick.
