I like the wedge pillow and it’s quite comfortable for sleeping. I also use it with extra pillows to prop up in bed for reading and TV. The issue I have is the two pieces are separate and I don’t see any Velcro or any way to fasten them together. So whichever one is on top (I tried both) slides down during the night when I wake up I have slid down with it. So the extra height gained by using the two pieces doesn’t really work. To release the petrol smell you need to walk on the product or twist it to pop the interior air pockets that are filled with the unpleasant odor . You can also leave in the sun but it really needs to be squished several times to break those bubbles .
