I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. These are by far the best stoves/ovens! We have had our 48" since 2021, and just purchased the 30" which will be all that we need as far as the cooktop and oven. Love this stove! I have wanted a gas stove for a while now. We got this and had the gas line hooked up. I love the way it looks in my kitchen. The burners look great and it has 5 of them. The one on the front right is a double burner. The middle one can be used with a griddle but you will have to buy that separately. The oven heats up very fast and I love the one rack that extends out so you don't have to pull the rack out to check your food. You can do it right there. It cooks very evenly and I have had no problems. To set the oven temp you use one of the nobs, this is different for me and will take some getting used to but not terrible, just different.
