My husband and I (well, mostly him) put it together ourselves and while it took quite a while (because there's like 8000 pieces to it), the instructions were surprisingly clear. Some of the wood was warped and didn't fit together very we, but with a few tweaks we got it to work. Make sure there's a strong person available on delivery day because the driver needed my husband's help to get it off the truck. No way I would have been able to move those boxes. We purchased these as an upgrade to previously purchased tiles that was matte in texture. (Same company) There was an issue with the installation/setting of the tiles, so the contractor offered to redo the bathroom floor at his expense. I preferred the polished tiles so I paid the additional cost to get these. I like them because the polished finish offer a nice sheen but I find them a bit difficult to maintain.
