Sectional looks great, but 2 consoles arrived damaged - one in transit and the other likely a manufacturing defect - busted power connector. One of the chairs was also damaged. It took forever to work with Wayfair with the text support that is asynchronous and not great and phone support that seemed overly optimistic / uninformed. The two consoles were replaced. The chair could not be replaced - supposedly out of stock within days of the sectional arriving. Even though Wayfair provided an okay discount after a lot of back and forth negotiation, I was left unimpressed with the whole process. I would be very wary of buying high priced items here!. Viswa. Love this rug! I debated getting it for quite a while, wasn’t sure what it would look like. Semi-final verdict texture in the pattern and hide material really work. The color is ivory, with some variations as to be expected. Works well with browns. My decor is eclectic, a combination of antiques and modern and this really works. It did arrive with a stain and was wet from the inside (the cardboard tube was wet, not the outer wrapping), so it’s not lying fully flat and had a stain.
