Right out of the box ! we bought 2; kind of a Graphite Black color - they were packed/shipped very well & delivered quickly (Summer 2025)- they went together easily, the swivel recliners met & enhanced the aesthetic theme expectations of the space they are in beautifully! After a month of moderate usage in a sun-light/UV protected space, by 2 people w/no animals i will unfortunately have to change the initial 4.5 star rating to a 2.5 star rating for the following reasons: 1) the chair back & w/recliner extended is designed to comfortably accommodate a person under 5'9" - works for me at 5' but not my husband @ 6'. 2) the recliners foot-leg rest only extends to full-out - there is no partial or 1/2 way for the leg extension. 3) on both chairs, the leather on the head-rest & seat-back & the seat cushions very quickly/prematurely began drooping/sagging, wrinkled & starting to show a crack/split appearance (that is not due to years of age as would be expected) and is only getting worse over time. The price-point for these at the time was reasonable & on paper the 'look' & description of them seemed to be the perfect fit to enhance our Great Rooms furniture suite; unfortunately the quality of these recliners materials & the size/mechanical limitations are disappointing and will not meet the hoped for expectations for comfortability w/a quality handsome appearance or the quality of durability & long wear. - sv. I love it in my office as you walk into the house. It is thin but when you are in it, it’s warm! my floors are cold in the house and I’m good if my feet are on it without anything under. I love the pattern and design of the cowhide. I love the colors it adds as I keep everything neutral. It’s not as dark in person as in the picture it came out. Came in great condition and easy to vacuum. I was scared because I have a big dog that sheds a lot and like to stretch paws on the carpets but it’s been holding up well for a month now.. Olga.
