When I got the door it had a part with a screw hole in the wrong place and the hardware package was missing a few screws, but when I requested replacement parts they showed up in two days. Looks nice and clean in our newly renovated master bath. I purchased this at a time it seemed like I couldn’t find the right door size anywhere, including the big box stores. Relatively easy to install, my husband had it in within an hour or so. We had to manually trim the sill with a saw to fit the entrance. Taking one star off because the two side panels come up higher than the actual shower door and it just looks odd, almost unfinished. This shower base is gorgeous and sturdy and wonderful! It looks great, has a great feel underfoot, and drains well. Our shipping experience was not great. The first one we received was delivered in a box that had been through some things. It was left for us without a signature because they knew we would have refused it! Wayfair made it right though. They sent us another one and arranged for the first one to be picked up from our home. The damage was to the support rings underneath, shown in one of the photos above.
