Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application. I had this installed on a very old exterior door that only had a basic gold lock set, it didn’t seem secure at all. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
