[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher was also a Bosch, installed over 15 years ago. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. So far so good! Temperature is set 25 degrees different between the beverage side and wine side. So far wine is perfect temp. Haven’t had a chance to test the colder beverage section but working great so far. Look is good, not loud at all. Beautiful piece so far and a great buy compared to the many others I researched over many hours it’s seemed. Fits perfect in our space. I like that the light can easily be turned on or off (I didn’t like the idea of a blue light being on all the time). The wooden sliding shelves are simply designed, they slide easily and just catch themselves on a stop to ensure they don’t slide too far out. Lower lock works easily- just an allen wrench key so if you have a handy teenager maybe not a fail safe lol. If problems arise I’ll update the review but happy and excited about our winecoffee bar!.
