I recently purchased a new dryer and have been disappointed with both the design and overall performance. The biggest issue is the venting system. The vent connection feels poorly engineered, making installation more difficult than it should be, and airflow does not seem efficient. Even with a properly cleaned vent line, the dryer struggles to circulate heat effectively. Drying times are much longer than expected. A normal-sized load often requires two or even three cycles before clothes are fully dry, which wastes both time and energy. Heavier items like towels and bedding come out damp around the edges and need additional drying. The build quality also feels underwhelming for a new appliance. Some components seem lightweight and not very durable, especially around the lint filter and vent connection areas. For the price, I expected a much more reliable and better-designed product. Overall, this dryer has been frustrating to use due to the poor venting design, inconsistent drying performance, and excessive drying times. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
