I have not figured out what you're supposed to do with the handle (I just shove it down in the carrier but there's not a lot of room for it, and it would be nice to have a longer cord to plug it in (I have to put it on the floor in order to plug it in. Also, it seems better suited for soup or something that doesn't need to be cut with a knife and fork - there's not much room for maneuvering within the bowl and it only comes with a small spoon and fork (but those are super cute and really nice to have and come in their own little case). This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex. My reason for the 4 versus 5 rating is that there is no easy way to find out where or who handles repairs and how I would get the chair to them. After assembly it will not fit back in the box.
