This oven looks really nice & cooks extremely well! I use Convection Mode mostly & it automatically reduces temperature which is nice. Bake Mode is what I use for desserts, breads & so far I’m happy with that. I have used the air fryer & comes with a basket. Improvements: menu panel is VERY hard to see in the evening- the print is too light. This really needs to be backlit, imo. (The LCD display that shows temp, etc is very bright so I’m not sure why the menu display is so dull) Also it’s missing add a minute button, when you want to add more time to cooking. The oven light goes off after 1 minute, which makes no sense if you want to check on your food while cooking. The ovens seem to work well and so far temperatures seem accurate. My biggest issue is the racks - the slide-out racks are GREAT, but they do take up extra room. I wish there was a flat rack available. Also, you get 3 racks for 2 ovens - 2 slide-outs and 1 floor rack. That means that you really can't load up both ovens at the same time. I am planning on purchasing a second floor rack for the upper oven. I have used the proofing setting (works fine) and bake, of course, but none of the other options yet. Oven surface is easy to wipe clean. One feature I would love in the app is an indication of the current temp of the oven. It shows on the oven itself, but not on the app (when preheating).. Jkl_co. One time is enough! The gliding rack slides back into the oven before I can set a pan on it. It would be helpful if the timer display would stay on until the time has completed, so I know how much cooking yome remains. I absolutely love my new ovens. I never knew you could have side open doors. This makes it so much easier to get things in and out of the double oven especially really heavy pans. I am much less likely to burn myself. I like the touch panel screen, it is very easy to use and makes sense. I really like that the top over also is an air fryer. Our only complaint is that the downward opening door to the microwave is difficult to access for shorter people.
