I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never owned a bidet toilet. Turns out I love it and I’m very happy with my Woodbridge smart toilet. Some things take getting used to and some things you need to read the instruction manual to set the settings to your liking. I love the powerful and quiet flushing. I also love the minimalist look of it. Some of the other toilets I saw for sale look like little space ships I like a plain this one is. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I've lived in this home for almost 8 years. The water about twice a year seems to be "shocked" with chlorine. Now my water test according to the state report is some of the cleaner in the state of NC, but the taste is horrible. The TDS tested at 43 and the chlorine was almost as high as pool water level. So my fiance and myself, after much research, decided on ispring. Cost, customer reviews, install and how it tailored to our issues were why we chose it. Chlorine was drying out our skin, causing itching, and damaging our hair and probably damaging our mitochondria if I had guess. Immediately after I got the whole house system installed and the system purged it was night and day. We've notice more energy, less stomach issues, our hair is easily brushed/combed. We can cook and bathe with the same tap water. I also added the RCC7AK for reverse osmosis to drink. The reverse osmosis water IS BETTER THAN ANY ALKALINE BOTTLED YOU CAN BUY!. Jamie. Ordered 4 and 2 came in broken. This is also only just the bowl and it does not state that anywhere on here. I spoke with multiple representatives and they also said this should be a full toilet with tank and seat and unsure why I only received a bowl. Joette from resolutions team wants me to keep the broken bowl, give me 25% off to do so and also force me to by tanks with no discount.
