It’s nice that the on off switch is on the cable and not the light socket. My only reservation is that the design of the lamp base is not illuminated. Such a nice lamp. It has some weight to it. You can use it with the stone on top or just all black on top. I put the stone piece on the inside under the shade. It's nice and bright, which I love.
