Overall I love it and kids love it. I purchased this for a business I’m starting. After we set it up and I removed liners, I saw this under the slide liner- where it looks like tape ripped almost to the center… now idk if that center is wide open or if it’s just extra support but being that this is the very first slide I’ve ever purchased, it does make me nervous how it looks. This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely..
