So far working as it's suppose to. It's light weight not to heavy to lift. It would been much better if the water reservoir held more water. The cold water starts out cold but since the reservoir is small it doesn't hold much water so the cold water runs out and then the room temp water is dispensed so the water ends up being more room temp water than cold.. This water cooler is significantly quieter than the previous one we had (Primo Brand). Whereas it would make a loud noise when when pouring room temperature water this unit makes zero noise. Mind you, we are not using the hot or cold water functionally continuously but only as needed to cut down on our electricity bill.
