Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. HPWH is easy to use and consume little power. Not very noisy, can't hear it in house, but definitely would bother me if my office were in the garage. I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. This washing machine has it all. I paid more for mine 6 months ago so this deal is great. I can use the water stream to rinse out spots. Please clean this product regularly to ensure safe drinking. 2. Does the product smell? --- Please clean the lower water reservoir by soaking it in lemon water before use. 3. Poor refrigeration effect? --- Please note that when the yellow light comes on, the fan starts to cool down. It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.
