It took a lot of tightening to get the arm to not slowly go down from the weight of the monitors, but it finally got there and I'm really happy with this product! I wish the monitors were able to flex in and out instead of just up and down, but the number of pivot points in this whole contraption is sufficient. Extremely durable it definitely has some weight to it which surprised me. When it was heavy, I knew it was going to be durable and thats exactly what it was. Mounted easily surprisingly and supported my 100 inch TV with absolute ease.
