Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. Was super easy to put together according to my boyfriend, just a lot of screws. Took about an hour to assemble. My son loves it! The slide is ridiculously steep though so could be a safety concern.
