This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. The components all seem fine, but in starting to put this together, the nuts have a stopper on one end, so they only screw onto three threads of the main bolts that hold this together. Wayfair does not have any support for this, so went to Vevor, in a chat with a rep, and sent a photo of the issue. At least they are responsive, and hope to hear soon.
