This WAC landscape floodlight was used to light a pair of stone walls at sub-division entrance and they provided excellent uniformity of illumination and lumen output. One fixture was used to light the center of each wall, with 2 smaller accent lights at each end column. This compact low voltage (12V) landscape flood light offers selectable lumen output at the turn of a dial. For this application, utilized all 980 lumens at 16 watts. The 3000K color temp provides a rich white light, ideal for landscape applications. The flood head can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally, offering a full range of motion for aiming and wall washing. Color-scaping is a state-of-the-art fully tunable landscape lighting system where each luminaire can be individually controlled or grouped from the myWAC iOS or Android app. Every color-scaping fixture can be adjusted from 2700K to 6500K and millions of bright and vibrant colors. Color-scaping fixtures connect to a patented WAC power supply sold in 150W (8150CS-TRN-SS) and 300W (8300CS-TRN-SS) capacities. WAC color-scaping fixtures are installed to the power supply using standard 12-2 landscape wire making the system incredibly simple to install and retrofit onto an existing landscape lighting system. Data is communicated to color-scaping fixtures through the 12-2 low voltage landscape cable using PLC (Power Line Communication) technology that sends data signals between the power supply and color-scaping fixtures, eliminating the need to run secondary wires that can be found in competing smart or color changing landscape systems. WiFi-powered WAC color-scaping power supply can control all fixtures with no WiFi range limitation to your fixtures as long as the power supply is within the WiFi range (Cat45 port is available on the power supply for a more reliable hardwired internet connection). The WAC color-scaping power supply features two shared power banks that can be used to power both color-scaping and basic 12V landscape lighting fixtures on a single system, activating complete smart controls for color-scaping fixtures and basic smart features for non-color-scaping fixtures, including timer/scheduler, on/off, and brightness control (note: does not make non-color-scaping fixtures color tunable). The WAC color-scaping power supply has multiple 12V taps that can autodetect voltage drop and send a guaranteed balanced 12V to each landscape lighting fixture on the system. Factory-sealed and watertight with an IP68 rating for protection against submersion up to 5 meters underwater and outdoor elements. Stainless steel provides enhanced protection against corrosive elements and is recommended for use in coastal and marine-grade environments. Each indicator light includes 3ft of low-voltage burial cable and direct burial gel-filled wire nuts. A magnetic or electronic power supply is required.
