This WAC landscape floodlight was used to light a pair of stone walls at sub-division entrance and they provided excellent uniformity of illumination and lumen output. One fixture was used to light the center of each wall, with 2 smaller accent lights at each end column. This compact low voltage (12V) landscape flood light offers selectable lumen output at the turn of a dial. For this application, utilized all 980 lumens at 16 watts. The 3000K color temp provides a rich white light, ideal for landscape applications. The flood head can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally, offering a full range of motion for aiming and wall washing. A simple twist of the fixture at indexed intervals (15, 30, 45, and 60-degree indexes) allows continuous beam angle adjustment from flood to spot while a mechanical dial at the base provides smooth integral brightness control. One SKU fits most applications, eliminating the need to choose from dozens of light bulbs with varying beam angles and light outputs when compared with traditional landscape accent lights. This accent light is factory-sealed and watertight with an IP66 rating for protection against high-pressure water jets and outdoor elements. A detachable shroud is included along with a 9" mounting spike for 12V fixtures (120V fixtures required, power stake sold separately). Includes a 3ft lead wire and two gel-filled direct burial wire nuts. Cast using a special k-alloy aluminum that is engineered to withstand the most challenging environments over time. Solid brass coated in bronze (-BBR finish) is recommended for use in coastal or marine environments. A magnetic or electronic power supply is required (sold separately) for 12V fixtures.
