The unique composition of 80% ground quartzite and 20% acrylic is also moisture-resistant and acts as a natural soundproofing material.

After a full month of use all is well so far. We tend to be fairly gentle with our sink and pans (stainless steel) in it while washing. We don’t leave food items sitting in the sink for long periods of time, and have not had any issues with it discoloring/staining. What a gorgeous sink. It’s just as the pictures if not better. We haven’t installed it yet but I’m sure it will be great. The chiseled front looks good, it has a grey color in it since the front is not treated. If you wanted the front to be black you just need to seal the front with a wet sealer. The sink is really nice. I wasn’t expecting it to be so low…the sink is deep that’s why so low! I wish the divider was higher. Also shipping was an issue. When I ordered it gave a date..that date came and went and I hadn’t even received a email that it had shipped. Wayfair did apologize and gave me a discount for the inconvenience.
