What an absolute nightmare dealing with Kingston, Warranty. My faucet was delivered with those ceramic caps already applied to the handle so I cannot properly install the handles because the screw needed to go in first and then the cap over it. I have spent countless days emailing back-and-forth with Kingston, who is not doing anything or understanding what I clearly am trying to explain to them, they are telling me these tiny little set screws hold the handle on it. Yeah right they flew off hitting my new claw foot tub. Kingston brass should have better customer service. I’m trying to deal with Wayfair to see if they can correct the action if not, they’re taking this whole thing back which is terrible because I’ve already paid a plumber to install this until we hit this snag..
