Got a great deal on this during the President's Day sale and was able to take advantage of a sign up discount code. Delivery took about a week after completing the purchase. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. My first worry was will it arrive in one piece. The packaging of the sink was thick foam, fully cushioning it, protecting from bumps and knocks which occur in the normal delivery process. Fits perfectly in the space, no problems occurred in the install. Purchased an older home, gutted the kitchen, thought I’d save some money on an apron front, double sink. The double sink was lighter in weight constructed of thinner material. Had it for 2 years when it was damaged when a 3 qt cast iron Dutch oven pot bumped the bottom of the sink creating a hole. My handiman, said it should have chipped but not have caused a hole in it. The cost of the old one was roughly 250, you get what you pay for. The new sink has been cast from a heavier thicker material. First impression is ‘that sink is HUGE!’ It is 37” across, hard to find a drop in of this size. I first became acquainted with the Bertazzoni brand in 2010, while searching for a heavy duty commercial cooktop for my home. Among the top 10 cooktops in the world in 2010, none were American brands. After reading about the features especially, the powerful flame produced by each burner, in comparison to regular American brands, I made the purchase. It's been 15 years since my purchase. and it's still functioning, I use liquefied petroleum gas. In 2010 the shipping company had an accident with my stove, which is now creating a problem with a few burners.
