Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! I did a full bathroom remodel to add a tub to my master bath and maximize the use of space. This tub was the perfect blend of wide and deep to make the 59" length not feel too short for me. Two people can share this tub. It is beautiful and solid. The only two things I would say is be aware that the drain is in the center of the tub so if you were to stretch out in it you will probably pop the drain. The exterior is composed of two curved walls, which resemble interlocking arms, cradling the building’s glass-paneled central core. A shining example of how beautiful design can inspire and represent the values of the community it serves, the architecture of the NCCHR conveys the ideals of unity and equality for all.

Ella’s Monaco is vacuum formed from a solid acrylic sheet. Under the shell is a stainless steel frame reinforced with multiple fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers. The Monaco’s main feature is the U-Shape Outward Swing Door made with plastic composite material with a tempered glass front screen to conceal a gear/shaft driven 3-latch door lock system. The Monaco comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jets. The Ella Monaco has 15 strategically placed hydro jets: 9 upper fixed jets provide relief to your back, hips/thighs, and 6 lower adjustable jets for your feet/calves. The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets, and an auto-purge maintenance system. The Monaco has 16 air jets: 8 upper jets for your back, hips/thighs, and 8 floor jets for a foot/leg massage. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet (18 GPM based on plumbing conditions) has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower.
