My hands are on the small side, but felt very good in my hand. Have only used twice, once to slice an apple and the other to thinly slice a tomato. This set is the most user-friendly knife. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip with the thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. Works too not as sharp but still cuts bought another one from WS. 15 yrs ago great quality..so now I have a full set from wayfair. As I always do I remind myself knives are extremely sharp and you will lose a finger if not careful while cutting tomato. I promptly slice my finger open.
