We did have missing pieces to 4 of the latches and had to go buy some. This is a really nice chicken coop. It did take three people to put it together and took us a total of 5 hours to put together.(older people so took longer) It will fit 6-8 regular chickens but we put 10 frizzle chickens in it with plenty of space for them. (frizzles are less than half the size of regular chickens) The wire around the bottom is great at keeping out predetors but we dug down about a foot and put wire to keep them from digging under. This is awesome! We bought it for our ducks and while it took longer than expected to assemble, it is made of quality, heavy-duty materials. Our birds will be protected from the weather, and my husband (who has owned poultry before) says it's a great set up.
