I opened everything to inspect it and confirm all parts were included, and everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage. The tub itself is beautiful and looks much more expensive than it actually is. For the price, it’s a great value compared to similar tubs I’ve seen elsewhere. THIS tub replaced one of those horrible, huge, tubs with all the jets that builders put in homes in the 1990s. I gutted my master bath and more than doubled the size of my shower, and had this beauty installed. I wish I had considered the placement of the freestanding water faucet while the plumber was in the deep hole he had to dig to move pipes around....I placed the tub with the little lip under the faucet so some water splatters on the wall.......that was MY mistake so just a suggestion for when you put your tub in. I am used to one of the type tubs that goes in a corner with wall on 3 sides..........long and low. THIS is short and deep. Perfect soaking tub. I am 5'1 so I actually can sit and extend my legs straight out but anyone taller will have their knees up. Even so, a little water comes up on your body giving you an amazing soak. The tub seems to be ok in spite of the most inadequate packaging I’ve ever encountered. Not at all what one would expect for a large and fragile item. The attached pictures show how the item arrived at my house. There wasn’t even any packing material inside the box that would keep it from moving.
