My husband grew up sleeping on Mexican fur blankets #iykyk so getting him used to a proper fitted and top sheet was not easy. Hubby approves of this blanket he says its even softer than expected. In the areas that matter a great deal to larger individuals, i.e. chest width, this robe was 5 inches smaller than comparable brands. What I don’t like is, as other reviews stated after just one wash it pilled up on the decorated side. Wouldn’t be so bad if it was the other side. I’m hoping it will go away or I’ll have to get one of those fabric shavers. I did wash it by itself in cold and let it hang dry over my couch. There’s something about a cotton waffle weave blanket. We’ve got one on every bed in the house! Love the color of this one (Aqua), it’s beautiful.
