I have a high end. modern kitchen. I was shocked at the price some of the pulls/knobs can be out there. Both of the designers I work with mentioned top knobs was always high quality. Packaging needs improvement. There’s scratches on some of the fan blades and the glass has scratches on it. The remote is zip tied to the fan, but the installation screws that are also packed side are free to be tossed around in the box. I really do like the overall look of the fan. Feels sturdy, but light enough to make installation easier. I mainly liked this product because of the APP to be able to use the fan. So you don’t necessarily need the remote. I had a fan previously that had a remote and I accidentally washed the remote because it was lost in the sheets when they went into the wash. lol. So then the fan I had was unable to be used without the remote, because the manufacturer no longer sold remotes for my model fan. LESSON LEARNED… FAN MUST COME WITH APP FOR REMOTE!. Nicole.
