I bought this couch on 5/6/2026 and it arrived today, on the 8th. So far, I'm very happy. It firs perfectly in my space. Its not too big but its not small either. It's very sturdy. The cushions are nice and firm, but still a little bouncy and the fabric is soft. Overall, very comfortable! The pull out bed is smooth and easy to open up and put back. I can't wait to have movie nights with my kids on this couch. I'm very pleased so far. Also, it was super easy to put together. I thought that it didn't come with directions so I ended up putting it halfway together on my own until I found the directions lol. I'm a 5'1 woman and put it together on my own in about an hour. The only hard part was the last ar because I had to lift the couch up and it is heavy! But that's because I didn't pay attention to the directions. I want to emphasize how heavy this couch is. I have it on carpet, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to move around. Very, very heavy. It is firm, not “cloud” like but I find it very comfortable, fabric is soft, it feels heavy and solid. The couch is comfortable. The color is pretty spot on to the pictures. The material is nice and soft. The assembly took us about 2 12 hours. We thought we would be able change the layout of the couch like the longer side being on he left hand side instead of the right but the couch doesn’t allow that if anyone was wondering if that was a possibility. Also if anyone was wondering, it came in 3 separate boxes that were quite heavy and did take some work to move but it was worth it. Overall I love the couch and am happy with the purchase.. Overall I love this sectional. The color is a gorgeous dark bluish gray (it’s darker than it comes through in my photos). This is a very firm sofa, so if you like sofas that you sink into, this isn’t it! I do wish the seats were deeper. It is a more compact sectional, though, so I guess that makes sense. The pull out bed option is great for guests or cozy movie nights. It pulls out nice and smoothly. I also really like the storage under the chaise as well as the middle cushion that folds down with a charger and cup holders. Assembly was pretty easy. I am I love with this sectional and pleasantly surprised by the quality! It came in 4 boxes and was fairly easy to assemble by myself. There’s a few different orientations you can do and it fits perfectly in my living room this way. It is very comfortable, the seat and back cushions are plush and maintain their shape. The fabric is soft and textured so will hide any imperfections over time. It’s also easy to clean which I did not expect for having the beige color. I don’t care for the usb but the cupholders and storage are a nice addition. If you don’t like the look of it you could technically leave that piece out, it’s not attached to a seat. Ordered this thinking it came with the ottoman that’s shown in the pictures , but it does not. Very easy to put together. It’s very soft and comfortable. Shipping took 2 days longer than expected, and came 5 days apart from the first shipment, so just something to be aware of. It is left facing, we tried to put it together as right facing, which you can, but you can’t use the pull-out bed if you do. There is a ton of storage as well. Highly recommend!. Samantha B. Indiana. This couch ended up being exactly what we wanted. It was delivered in 9 separate boxes very quickly. Assembly was easy but requires atleast two people. The pieces all fit together seamlessly. The cushions are firm but still comfortable and alll covers are removable and washable. The polyester blend is easily wipeable and seems like it will hold up to dogs and toddlers. The storage and pull out bed are awesome options that we didn’t find in other comparable sectionals for this price. If you’re on the fence this couch is totally worth the price tag.. Anonymous. The construction and assembled feel are solid. It’s not going to survive teenagers using it as a trampoline but for normal use it will endure. The fabric seems durable. Check the dimensions. The people in the video must be 5’4”. The finished item is only 7 feet x 7 feet. This sofa is perfect for a small space like mine. The seat pad is 17 12 inches off the floor. My other sofa is more than 19”. If you have long legs this might be an issue not my problem. You can build this as a left ( |__ ) or right ( __| ). The design is truly clever. Assemble it on a carpet or use some of the cardboard as protection for a wood or vinyl floor. There’s one step where you can scratch the floor if you aren’t careful. Clear instructions. One person can build this alone except for getting the delivery boxes inside in the first place the and last two pages of assembly where the sections fit together. There are 80 pieces, not including hardware. Plan on two or three hours. I suggest having a cordless drill handy but you don’t absolutely need it. (I drilled pilot holes for the few self tapping screws, but you can omit those entirely if you’re not in the mood.) A regular Phillips 2 (medium) screwdriver is also helpful, but a suitable tool is part of the kit. There’s one mystery, attaching the pull out loops. See my photo or enjoy figuring it out for yourself. The sofa arrives in two huge, heavy (70 lb.) boxes delivered form warehouses in different states. Almost certainly these will show up on different days. I tipped the delivery driver 20 and he wasn’t as annoyed anymore. The pads are very firm. I prefer this and find it comfortable, but if you like a soft, mushy bed you won’t like these. The dog approves. I haven’t tried the bed. You’ll need flat sheets as the bed is not a standard size. You don’t want the guests to be too comfortable anyway or they’ll never leave. The cushions are flattened and vacuum packed inside the back pieces. (Video). There are zippers in the fabric to access them. This means you’re looking at zippers on the back of the sofa forever. I don’t really care but nobody will mistake this for elegant furniture. This couch is nice. It’s very sturdy and comfortable. As usual with these things, it was a pain in the neck to put together. The worst part was getting it up the stairs because the boxes are so heavy. The heaviest box is 150 lbs! Then you need to unbox everything and put the covers on all of the cushions. After that it’s pretty simple except that the metal pieces that clamp it together are too tight. Do yourself a favor and use a flat head screwdriver to slightly bend the pieces at the back side. It will be much easier! We have one more piece that needs to go on the end, but we need to get rid of our old couch first. Overall, once it’s put together it’s sturdy and very comfortable.
