Received communication from customer service that the first tub I ordered was too badly damaged during shipping to be delivered. Ordered replacement product which took less time to receive than the first order. I wish the product would have been made in the USA, but that was my bad for not paying attention. The bathtub itself likely will suit our needs once we are able to use it. However, after having installed this 440-pound tub we found out the overflow hole is a half-inch smaller than the schematic shows. Thus, we could not install a standard-sized overflow valve such as one could buy at any American plumbing store. This put our project way behind schedule. We went from store to store to try and match the screw-hole dimension without success. We finally reached out to Wayfair who immediately understood and made inquiries on our behalf (thank you, Catherine, at Wayfair).
